Is operated by a company to administer incoming product support or information inquires from client. Clients or customers can contact call centers not only by making calls but also through emailing, chatting online, visiting websites, and even instant messaging.

According to the Call Center Directory of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, also known as PEZA the Philippines now has 788 call centers over the 20 keys location in the Philippines. Its also considered as location of choice because of its less expensive operational and labor cost. The Call Center in the Philippines revenues reaches $12 billion and about one million jobs by 2010.
